We are seeking an instructor to deliver a course focused on program design specifically for small to medium business (SMB) customer segments. Content should address the distinct challenges, motivations, and program design considerations for these audiences, which differ significantly from residential program design.
AI in Energy Programs: Applications for DSM Professionals
We are seeking an instructor to deliver a focused, practical course on how artificial intelligence tools and applications are being used in demand-side management and energy efficiency programs. The course should have a clearly defined and narrow scope, covering one or two specific applications such as load forecasting, program targeting, or customer engagement rather than AI broadly. Instructors should have hands-on experience applying AI tools in an energy program context, not just general AI expertise.
Program Attribution and M&V for Load Flexibility Programs
We are seeking an instructor to deliver a course on measurement, verification, and program attribution specifically for demand flexibility, demand response, and load management programs. Content should address how to quantify and attribute load impacts to specific participants, technologies, or interventions and how to present those results in ways that hold up to regulatory scrutiny.
