Building Performance Institute (BPI) Certification Pathway
The BPI Building Performance Pathway blends flexible online learning with hands-on, in-person training to help participants build foundational knowledge and industry-recognized credentials in building performance and weatherization. Throughout the pathway, participants will complete training aligned with Building Science Principles (BSP), Building Analyst Technician (BAT), Building Analyst Professional (BA-P), and OSHA-10 certifications. Successful participants who complete the required coursework and pass associated exams may earn these certifications as part of the pathway experience.
North American Technician Excellence (NATE) Pathway
The NATE track is a three-day, virtual experience that at the end, awards the prestigious NATE Certification. NATE is the gold standard in the HVACR industry. It is an independent, nationally recognized credential that validates a technician’s real-world working knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
