The Fine Print 😉
Cancellations
Cancellations received by 7/22/2023, will receive a refund, minus a $150 processing fee. Cancellations received after 7/22/2023, and no-shows, will not receive a refund.
COVID-Related Cancellation Policy
Individuals who receive a positive COVID-19 diagnosis after 8/10/2023 may apply for a credit toward a future event or refund in the original form of payment for their registration when they provide proof of diagnosis to AESP. To arrange a refund or credit, please email proof to Jenny Senff at [email protected] by 8/25/2023.
