Welcome to the AESP Women in Energy Thought Leaders’ Speaker Series, where we will host monthly sessions led by members of this group, focused on leadership, mentoring, networking and more!  Using an interactive meeting platform, we will provide are a safe space to learn and share!

We probably all have stories of teams that worked, teams that didn’t. Bosses we loved, bosses we didn’t. We’ve likely all experienced workplaces and projects that fired us up or put us to sleep. In this session, we’re going to explore tips and tricks for building environments and teams that help people thrive and ways we can all support and contribute to continuingly evolve our work cultures to be one we’re excited to be part of.

Come with your stories, questions tools and the resources you want share and be prepared for an active session. Cameras on, sleeves rolled up…ready to dive in! Areas we may cover:
