Webinar: COVID, Supply Chains & Inflation… Oh My!

This is not the Wizard of Oz, and we are definitely not in Kansas anymore. COVID, supply chain, and inflation issues are having, and will continue to have, a measurable impact on our DSM programs. Customers can’t find the capital to make efficiency improvements (if the materials could even be delivered to do the work in the first place). And we are witnessing unprecedented external impacts to programs, leaving many utilities and their partners floundering to meet goals this year.

Here we are bringing the trinity of program delivery together (a utility, an implementer, and a supplier) to discuss if it’s really as bad as we think it is, and what can we do to help programs be successful. Please join Brian Pippin, Electric and Water DSM Segment Leader with JEA, Stephen Ritson, Senior Product Manager with ICF National Team, and Art Christianson, Utility and Government Rebates Senior Manager with Home Depot for a lively discussion.

We will be using an interactive meeting platform (WebEx), so feel free to unmute when prompted, tell us how you’ve been impacted, and share your thoughts on possible solutions. Please note that the WebEx link will be shared with registered attendees 24 hours in advance of the webinar.

Learning objectives:

After participating in this webinar, attendees should be able to:

  • Identify three current external factors affecting DSM programs
  • Cite examples of tools for mitigating these external issues
  • Propose options to make their own programs more successful

This webinar is eligible for 0.1 CEU/1 PDH
