Course Description:

The DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility) recruitment workshop will address the challenges and opportunities of building a diverse and inclusive workforce, while focusing on practical strategies to source, assess and retain diverse talent. We will discuss how analytics, human resource strategies, mission and best practices impact the ability to hire, develop and retain diverse staff. The key goals are to promote diversity and inclusion in hiring, reduce bias and discrimination, and improve retention rates.

After completing this course, you will be able to:

Second Course: Powering Change: Developing a Diverse and Skilled Energy Workforce

Third Course:  Partnering for Success:  Integrating Supplier Diversity for Effective Energy Transformation
Date: Tuesday, July 25

Course Description:

This Supplier Diversity Workshop provides a practical playbook to implement an effective supplier diversity program in the energy industry. Breakout session exercises will clarify barriers and value drivers of multiple ecosystem stakeholders, highlight current winning strategies, share best practices, and identify opportunities to customize your own Supplier Diversity framework in an agile iterative manner. The goal is to help you increase participation of underrepresented suppliers, foster mutual economic growth in diverse communities, and drive innovation through inclusive partnerships.

Cancellations received after the cutoff date and no-shows will not receive a refund (cash or points).
