Frank DeCastro is the Vice President of Strategy and Innovation at the JPI Group, where he leverages his expertise to drive remarkable growth in the human capital and technology ecosystems. With over 25 years of experience, Frank has been instrumental in developing groundbreaking solutions and forging strategic partnerships that have delivered significant domestic and international expansion. His leadership as a WMBE executive and entrepreneur has been particularly impactful.

Frank embarked on his career in the technology industry, immersing himself in Internet B-2-B solutions in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In the early 2000s, he relocated to the United States and transitioned into the realm of Total Talent Management. Over the past 15 years, his exceptional track record of driving growth in private Human Capital MBE firms and their partners has propelled them to surpass billions of dollars in annual revenue.

Frank firmly believes that integrating diverse candidates and small, diverse businesses into the energy sector is not only an opportunity to diversify the workforce, but also a responsibility he advocates for daily. By championing this cause, he aims to create solutions that foster inclusivity within the industry.

Kendra Lee, Workforce Development Director, has more than 20 years’ experience in workforce development and planning with an emphasis on innovation, collaboration, and systems change. Her expertise in program design, implementation and evaluation, training and workshop facilitation, organizational assessment and strategic planning inspires and equips leaders with the knowledge and tools to drive solutions and transformative outcomes that create diverse, equitable, and thriving workplaces.

Kendra has extensive experience in the government sector, working with American Job Centers and Workforce Development Boards. She studied training and organizational development with an emphasis on adult learning at St. Joeseph’s University and holds a B.A in Journalism and Mass Media from Rutgers University.
