Tools and Tricks That Create Innovative Program/Pilot Design Ideas
A half day training course on Monday, February 27th from 8:30-12:00 focused on generating novel solutions to program challenges. Utilizing design-based innovation techniques this interactive course will foster idea exchange, share lessons learned. In addition to diving into specific real-world program/pilot challenges we’ll dive into non-industry partnerships opportunities to drive program innovation.

Selena brings two decades of experience designing and implementing solutions-oriented strategies for a diverse set of projects, including emerging technology pilots and consumer multi-product platforms. A skilled strategist and operational thinker, Selena helps her clients quickly and efficiently achieve their goals by identifying opportunities, navigating challenges and streamlining processes along the way. Prior to launching Brio, Selena spent 15 years in energy services consulting, leading program development and organizational strategic growth efforts for one of the nation’s largest energy consulting firms. She directed the planning, execution and management of lighting, appliance, HVAC and emerging product programs for clients such as Bonneville Power Administration, NEEA, Puget Sound Energy, Idaho Power and BC Hydro. Her skill with strategic planning and growth helped transform her company from a three-person startup to more than 150 people in just five years.

Equipped with more than 15 years of strategy development and project management expertise, Alexis designs creative and transformative solutions for clients across a variety of industries. Tapping into a unique skillset as a dynamic strategist and adept problem-solver, she develops strategies that navigate successful paths through complex markets and industries. Prior to co-founding Brio, Alexis spent a decade holding multiple leadership roles at NEEA, including starting up and growing NEEA’s heat pump water heater and ductless heat pump programs, managing their residential portfolio, and transitioning their natural gas programs to launch.
