Began career as reliability engineer with Amoco Oil Company before joining GE Plastics as a manufacturing operations lead. Business Development Manager, Bradford White
Gregg Holladay is a Business Development Manager – Specialty Markets for Bradford White Water Heaters. In his role these past 5 ½ years, Gregg works to educate utilities, architects, builders, and the plumbing/HVAC trade on the benefits of Energy Star heat pump water heaters, including Bradford White’s own AeroTherm™.
Before joining the Bradford White team, Gregg spent 32 years with General Electric (GE) where he introduced GeoSpring™, the first Energy Star electric heat pump water heater, to the US market. As a pioneer in this industry, Gregg is considered an expert speaker on this topic conducting countless numbers of webinars and advising utilities across the country on integration best practices and currently serves as a member of the Energy Star Manufacturers Action Couincil. With GE’s exit from the heat pump water heater market, their manufacturing assets were acquired by Bradford White and integrated into their own state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Middleville, MI. Now, Bradford White’s engineers and manufacturing experts use these assets to produce the next generation AeroTherm, the only heat pump water heater with top connections to facilitate easy installation.
Gregg lives on his Kentucky farm with Teresa, his wife of 40 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bellarmine University in Louisville, KY.

Nathaniel Jutras is the marketing lead for the EPA’s ENERGY STAR water heating products in residential and commercial applications. His responsibilities include overseeing the development of marketing strategies for ENERGY STAR certified water heaters and supporting adoption of new retailer/utility program models and application of best practices to expedite the transition to high efficiency water heating.
Corporate Strategist, Energy Solutions
Senior Fellow, Trade Ally Strategy & Management at Energy Solutions. Howard is an industry veteran with supplier relations with more than 500 manufacturers. In 2013, Howard designed and managed the nation’s first energy efficiency HVAC / R supply channel platform for Efficiency Vermont, a statewide utility program. Within three years, that platform engaged 16 distributors in 48 locations, representing 98 percent of the state’s HVAC/R distributors and more than 99 percent of Vermont’s market share. Howard’s success is based on a solid interdisciplinary background in operations, business development, supply chain management, strategic planning, and financial management. He is a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences for supply chain managers and the energy efficiency industry.
Howard started his career with his family’s business, Southern Electric Supply. The company merged with Rexel (France), where he led from an operational, strategic, and management perspective. Howard led GE Capital’s Strategic Sourcing initiatives at their headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, and led VEIC’s Supply Chain Transformation initiatives for eight years. He holds a Master of Science in Management as a Sloan Fellow from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. His undergraduate degree is in Commerce & Business Administration with an emphasis in entrepreneurship from the University of Alabama. Howard joined Energy Solutions’ Trade Ally Management Team, HQs in Oakland, CA, in November 2020. He is based out of Stowe, Vermont.

Cancellations received no later than 14 days prior to the training date will receive a refund, minus a 5% processing fee if paid with a credit card. Cancellations received after the cutoff date and no-shows will not receive a refund (cash or points). AESP reserves the right to cancel a training course at any time with reasonable notice given to all participants.
