AESP complies with the ANSI/IACET Standard, which is recognized internationally as a standard of excellence in instructional practices. DEI Workshop 2 will consist of three courses.
Course One: How did we get here?
This course will examine the history of exclusion within the EE industry. This course will also explore the growth the industry has made on the journey to becoming much more just, equitable, diverse, inclusive.

This course will explore ways to identify bad behaviors, unlearn them, and reteach familiar proven principles and concepts.

Course Three: Where does the EE DEI journey begin?
This course will map out the steps needed to devise a proper plan to impact the EE industry toward a robust DEI/JEDI change.

Scott Alan Davis is the Vice President of Inclusion and Economic Development at SEEL, LLC. Scott’s career has spanned throughout community development, specifically focusing on holistic community planning and development and capacity building.
