The Latino Energy Circle is an AESP special interest group dedicated to supporting and advancing Latino professionals across the energy industry. With Hispanics representing a growing share of both the U.S. population and the energy workforce—including 31% of new energy jobs—this community plays an essential role in shaping a more efficient and forward-looking energy future.

Modeled after AESP communities such as Women in Energy, Veterans Energy Alliance and Powered by Pride, the Latino Energy Circle creates space for connection, professional development and meaningful dialogue. The group provides a platform to share insights, explore barriers to participation in energy programs and support workforce development across the industry.

Through community, mentorship and collaboration, the Latino Energy Circle empowers members to grow their careers, strengthen their networks and contribute to a more inclusive and impactful energy future.
