Do I need to be an AESP member to attend?
No. This event is open to both members and non-members. If you register for the AESP Canada Member Meeting at the non-member rate, a one-year AESP Canada membership is included, so you’ll join as a member in the process.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellations received by 8/5/26, will receive a refund, minus a $100 CAD processing fee. Cancellations received after 8/5/26, and no-shows, will not receive a refund. To arrange a refund or credit, please email [email protected]. 

For the Safety and Comfort of All Attendees:

  • Stay Together: For your safety, we encourage you to walk in pairs or groups when leaving the hotel, and always be aware of your surroundings.
  • No Badge? If you spot someone without an AESP name badge, please inform the staff at the registration desk or a member of hotel staff.
  • Personal Items: Always keep an eye on your personal belongings and do not leave valuables unattended. AESP staff cannot be responsible for your luggage or other items left in the conference area.
  • Health: Kindly be mindful of those who choose to continue wearing masks or social distancing and respect their space.

*Non-Member Registrations:

  • One (1) year of Individual AESP Canada membership is included in the Non-Member registration rate for the AESP Canada Member Meeting for new members
  • Membership will be valid for one (1) calendar year, starting from the conference registration date
  • Non-Member registrants will receive a welcome email from the Membership team within one (1) week of registering for the conference
