Cancellations received by 1/7/2027, will receive a refund, minus a $200 processing fee. Cancellations received after 1/7/2027, and no-shows, will not receive a refund.

For the Safety and Comfort of All Attendees:

  • Stay Together: For your safety, we encourage you to walk in pairs or groups when leaving the hotel, and always be aware of your surroundings.
  • No Badge? If you spot someone without an AESP Annual Conference name badge, please inform the staff at the registration desk or a member of hotel staff.
  • Personal Items: Always keep an eye on your personal belongings and do not leave valuables unattended. AESP staff cannot be responsible for your luggage or other items left in the conference area.
  • Health: Kindly be mindful of those who choose to continue wearing masks or social distancing and respect their space.
